Wonderful work. I brought a custom image to have laser marked on a powder coated aluminum panel for a diy amplifier. Laser Alliance worked with me to explain some concerns about the original image which I was able to work with my graphics designer to fix. I have custom cover plates for electronic components laser etched with details and company logo onto anodized aluminum. Alan takes my drawings, sends back a proof for review and doesn’t mind making changes to get things perfect. Verified I talked to Alan today - what a nice guy! I am looking for a different type of laser cutting than they do, but he explained more about how laser cutting works, the various types of machines etc. It sounds like this is the place to go for large scale work with graphics.Posted on YelpVerified Alan was super quick to respond to my emails, helpful, and turn around on my project was very quick. He was most concerned about being able to do the job before moving forward. He was very professional and I'm planning to work with him on future laser projects. Just a note - If your project includes cutting into an existing product or other requests that may not come out at a high quality level Alan will have questions. (I think this is much better than plowing the laser into something and ruining it.) I want to address the low review from the engineering student - you should heed the lesson in how to not be a high-drama customer. The expectation that your on again / off again rush job is showered with time and attention from your vendors is a little entitled (unless you're paying them for it). I have small complicated orders which require a fair amount of back and forth, both in person and via email. Alan has been endlessly helpful and patient on these jobs which do not make him very much money. Great customer service and communication. I recommend him highly! In fact, I have discovered an outlet for (some of) my fabrication which is much closer to my house and I continue to drive to Milpitas to work with him because of his care, attention to detail and high level of customer service.
