A: Yes. We can easily process customer-supplied material, provided it is verified as laser-safe and meets our equipment specifications. Please contact us prior to shipping to confirm approval.
Q: What is your typical turnaround time?
A: Our standard turnaround is 2–4 business days, depending on material availability and order volume. We also offer expedited rush services for time-sensitive, urgent projects.
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: We do not require a minimum quantity of parts, but we do have a $100 shop minimum order value for standard inventory materials. Please note that this minimum dollar amount does not apply to specialty materials, which are quoted and priced separately based on the specific project requirements. We welcome everything from single-part prototypes to high-volume production runs that meet these baseline criteria.
Q: Can you help with design or file preparation?
A: Yes. If your vector artwork isn’t quite ready for the laser, our design team can assist with file optimization, cleanup, and CAD conversion to ensure a flawless cut.
A: Yes. You are welcome to pick up your completed order directly from our facility in Milpitas, or we can securely ship your parts anywhere in the United States.
