A: We can engrave wine glasses, beer mugs, whiskey decanters, perfume bottles, flat plate glass, mirrors, and cylindrical drinkware of various shapes and sizes.

Q: Do I need to provide the glassware, or can you supply it?
A: You are welcome to supply your own items (we recommend sending 1 or 2 extra pieces for testing setup if they are sentimental or high-value), or we can source standard drinkware for your project.

Q: Will the glass crack or shatter from the laser heat?
A: Glass can be sensitive to thermal shock, but our experienced technicians use optimized laser power settings and specialized pulsing techniques to ensure a clean finish without structural weakening.

Q: What file formats are required for artwork?
