Wonderful work. I brought a custom image to have laser marked on a powder coated aluminum panel for a diy amplifier. Laser Alliance worked with me to explain some concerns about the original image which I was able to work with my graphics designer to fix. Fantastic fast 5-star service. I have custom cover plates for electronic components laser etched with details and company logo onto anodized aluminum. I talked to Alan today - what a nice guy! I am looking for a different type of laser cutting than they do, but he explained more about how laser cutting works, the various types of machines etc. It sounds like this is the place to go for large scale work with graphics.

This place is great! I worked with Alan to get a small stainless steel plate cut for a control panel. He was most concerned about being able to do the job before moving forward. He was very professional and I'm planning to work with him on future laser projects. Just a note - If your project includes cutting into an existing product or other requests that may not come out at a high quality level Alan will have questions. (I think this is much better than plowing the laser into something and ruining it.) I want to address the low review from the engineering student - you should heed the lesson in how to not be a high-drama customer. The expectation that your on again / off again rush job is showered with time and attention from your vendors is a little entitled (unless you're paying them for it). I guarantee other trade professionals (e.g. machinists) will have a similar attitude if you pull that and they are not the problem here.

I contacted them by email on a Saturday and they immediately replied. By Friday of that week we had a BEAUTIFUL Stainless Steel Sign to mount on a block wall in front of our beach house. They provided an estimate and a sample via email, and it was great and reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

As an artist with very high expectations for fabrication I have been thrilled with the work Alan at Laser Alliance has done for me! I have small complicated orders which require a fair amount of back and forth, both in person and via email. Alan has been endlessly helpful and patient on these jobs which do not make him very much money. Great customer service and communication. I recommend him highly! In fact, I have discovered an outlet for (some of) my fabrication which is much closer to my house and I continue to drive to Milpitas to work with him because of his care, attention to detail and high level of customer service.
