I am one hundred percent pleased with my interaction with Laser Alliance. I approached them with a project that I had no idea of how to make happen. Alan explained all of the options and I was allowed plenty of time to consider how to move forward. When I made the decision to have my stencil made, turnaround was quick and I received a product that exceeded my hopes and expectations. Verified I talked to Alan today - what a nice guy! I am looking for a different type of laser cutting than they do, but he explained more about how laser cutting works, the various types of machines etc. It sounds like this is the place to go for large scale work with graphics.Posted onVerified Alan was super quick to respond to my emails, helpful, and turn around on my project was very quick. Highly recommend!Posted onVerified This place is great! I worked with Alan to get a small stainless steel plate cut for a control panel. He was most concerned about being able to do the job before moving forward. He was very professional and I'm planning to work with him on future laser projects. Just a note - If your project includes cutting into an existing product or other requests that may not come out at a high quality level Alan will have questions. (I think this is much better than plowing the laser into something and ruining it.) I want to address the low review from the engineering student - you should heed the lesson in how to not be a high-drama customer. The expectation that your on again / off again rush job is showered with time and attention from your vendors is a little entitled (unless you're paying them for it). I guarantee other trade professionals (e.g. machinists) will have a similar attitude if you pull that and they are not the problem here.Posted onVerified Mr. Vien does great work and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.Posted onVerified As an artist with very high expectations for fabrication I have been thrilled with the work Alan at Laser Alliance has done for me! I have small complicated orders which require a fair amount of back and forth, both in person and via email. Alan has been endlessly helpful and patient on these jobs which do not make him very much money. Great customer service and communication. I recommend him highly! In fact, I have discovered an outlet for (some of) my fabrication which is much closer to my house and I continue to drive to Milpitas to work with him because of his care, attention to detail and high level of customer service.
