Laser Engraving Services

Beyond laser cutting capabilities, Laser Alliance’s laser systems are equally proficient in laser engraving, laser etching, and laser marking services across wide industries using a variety of materials.

What sets Laser Alliance apart is not only the spectrum of materials handled but also the adaptability to different thicknesses and surface finishes. This flexibility broadens the range of applications—from heavy industrial parts to delicate decorative items.

What distinguishes engraving, etching, marking, scoring, or scribing?

Laser Engraving: involves the laser partially removing material to achieve specific depths. Non-metallic materials which can be engraved are acrylic, wood, glass, natural stone, and many other types of plastics.

Laser Etching: (also commonly known as marking). Laser merely scratches or marks the surface to burn graphics onto it, without creating any depth in the process.

Laser Scoring: (also commonly known as scribing) is the technique where the laser creates thin outlines of designs.

Capabilities:

  • All three processes can be combined on a single part
  • Engraving table dimensions 39″ width x 24″ height x 11″ depth
