Laser cut MDF | plywood | hardwood | wood veneer
Laser Alliance LLC laser cuts though or laser engraves on surface of many types of woods, such as MDF, plywood, Masonite, MDO, aircraft plywood, Baltic plywood, Fini=nish plywood, basswood, balsa wood, hardwoods.
Cutting wood with laser will cause a clean burn with a color of dark brown to black along the edge but it can be primed and painted easily with some sanding.
Many plastic laminate colors and aluminum laminate finishes can be cut to match as the face for letters or signs or logos.
Edge can also be painted to match the face as well.
MDF and Masonite can be used indoors while hardwood, MDO and plywood letters and signs can be used for both indoors and outdoors applications.
We can cut any type of wood up to 1" thick and sheet size up to 96" x 48".
