Laser Alliance LLC laser cuts and laser engraves many types of woods, such as aircraft plywood, Basswood, Balsa wood, hardwoods, Maples, Oaks, Poplars, Masonite, MDF, and MDO.
The edges of wood letters will have a dark brown to black color. Sides can be primed and painted easily.
Many laminates can be cut to match as sign face. Edge can be painted to match the face.
If left unpainted, wood letter also offers a unique look.
MDF and Masonite can be used indoor while hardwood, MDO and plywood letters and signs can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
We can laser-cut up to 1" thick and sheet size up to 96" x 48".
Many other materials can be applied to the surface of these wood letters such as:
- metallic laminate: available in brushed gold, brushed aluminum, silver metallic and much more.
- plastic laminate: comes in many brands and hundred of colors to choose from.
- vinyl: available in hundreds of colors.
