Laser Alliance LLC manufactures and distributes laser-cut high density foam letters to sign makers, exhibit builders and general public.
Our laser-cut foam letters come with laminate or acrylic face and back. There are hundreds of colors to choose from.
Brushed aluminum, brushed gold, brushed shiny silver, shiny gold anodized aluminum can also be used for letter face.
These high density foam letters offers professional look at reasonable prices. High density foam is also commonly known as Signfoam or polyuethane foam.
These foam letters are available in thicknesses ranging from 1/2" to 2" thick, and sheet size up to 96" x 48".
The edges of the cuts are clean and can be painted easily.
Laser-cut foam letters are lighter in weight than other materials with similar thickness. They can be used either outdoors and indoors, such as lobby signs, corporate logos, exhibit displays, trade show displays, or exterior signs.
We accept any vector files in EPS, AI, DXF, DWG, CDR.
